July 30, 2007 Special Meeting Agenda Item #10 Item Title Adoption of the 2007/08 Tentative Capital Outlay Plan Issue/Rationale Under Florida law the Board shall, each year, adopt a capital outlay plan and budget for the ensuing year in order that the capital outlay needs of the Board for the entire year may be well understood by the public.  The capital outlay budget shall be part of the annual budget and shall become the first year of the Educational Facilities Plan. Recommended Action Adopt the 2007/08 Tentative Capital Outlay Plan. Financial Impact $61,686,974.52 of 2007/08 for Project Initiatives; $500,000.00 Contingency; $21,128,100.40 carry forward to 2008/09 for High School "QQQ". Submitted By Michael J.
